The path of Venezuela's oil industry

Venezuela's oil path is certainly uncertain and no light at the end of the tunnel. Potentially we might see Venezuela to become a net oil importer next year and why not out of the OPEC. And in Southamerica emerging players in terms of oil production will leave far behind the former largest oil producer in the continent. And not good news for China or Russia with massive interests here. The question is how to revamp the entire oil and gas sector, who will handout a big amount of money, who will take care of the correct investments of this money to recover the industry and which markets will be priority for the next pdvsa to come.
