More Efficient Electric Turbine

Really smart. 2 things that stood out to me. 1) the rotors can shift like changing degrees on a cam ... in electric motor the distance between magnetic pulls makes the power change. 2) honda did the same thing in square coils and triangle magnets .... probably a similar design that doesn't break copyrights. 

So its size and build has to be cheaper or warrant the cost.

Something in me always says go hybrid but they don't seem to save enough money to justify them. I would like to see a small turbine supply the electricity. Is that a bad idea?
