Tesla is offering free charging stations for businesses to offer to their employees, that way people can charge their vehicles during offpeak hours while at work.

That's great. Workers can charge their cars during the day, instead to bother with it when they get home from work. At some point, maybe someone will figure out to keep electricity cheapest during the day, so that this cgarging at office would help balance the grid.

Tesla also has a multi-Family charging program, intended to be used by apartments and housing developments. Very similar to this workplace charging program.
