Too many families will be affected...Workers will receive 75% of salary during lay off, but still they will stay without their job.

What does it mean temporary layoff? You send workers home and hire them again sometimes in 2030.

The Ford changeover layoff happen every time there's a Model change. It's been going on for years. They say they'll hire them again later this year. Unless temporary becomes permanent.
