That is sick!  She also made a joke about killing Gaddafi some years back.  'We came, we saw, he died'.  Now Libya is a failed state

Typical Hillary

Hillary took out Gaddafi to protect British BP oil interests and French Total oil interests.

The French would not let the U.S. fly over their country when Gaddafi bombed the Pan Am plane over Scotland.  Now they couldn't wait when their oil interest come into play.  Great NATO partner.

The Libyan war was a civil war inside Libya.  The U.N. charter does not allow interference.  But Hillary didn't care.  

Plus the U.S.made an agreement with Libya after the Lockerbie plane bombing.  We agreed to not get involved if they turned over all their nuke program.  They did, U.S. (Hillary) didn't honor agreement
