All past general market crashes haven't rebounded until there is complete capitulation. Where investors can't take the pain and scream for mercy. We have not seen this yet

I don't believe so.  Keeping some powder dry to fight another day.

Some would argue more individuals are invested in ETFs and just sit tight and wait it out.  "It always comes back". 

Maybe, but I think we need to get that capitulation. 

I feel many don't fully understand the destruction this shut down has caused economies. 

The trends show otherwise

The U.S. is throwing $Trillions at the problem which gives me hope, but still very cautious.

Staying away for now

Agree. This big move up seems too much too soon to me. And then there's the big oil meeting . . .
