I wouldn’t discount these two Bozos just yet, they still have some stroke. That said, the days where they could manipulate the market by simply uttering a loose comment appears to be coming to an end.

Doesn't really matter though as it appears, according to many on this forum, that we will all shortly die from either COVID-19, or starve to death from total collapse of the global economy.
