Tesla's Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day

Or week, that is. Or is it really? Tesla shareholders can go ahead with lawsuit over its Solar City acquisition, per a court ruling on Wednesday. 

Other bad tidings for Tesla include fatal crash, causing its stock to be downgraded stock (set for worst monthly performance ever).

And just when I thought it was bad, I click to see how bad the stock is after that news, and I notice Tesla is up again today and by no small amount (more than 3%).

Is it just flat out impossible for this company to fail?
