Saudi raises Arab Light prices. I think the general thought was that they were going to lower prices?

Makes sense if you mean Asia(China). Some kind of pressure on China after opening trade war with U.S. BTW. Not just for Asia. Sale prices were raised across the board for customers in the Mediterranean, and mostly increased for buyers in North West Europe.
