Just when you think you've heard it all, in comes an oil major, focusing on the positive side of oil spills (more jobs!). If that isn't a glass-half-full mentality, I don't know what is.

Will this report hurt BP (and possibly other oil majors), or will they get a pass? I sense a true apathy for large corporate wrongdoings on one hand, but on the other, an almost romantic view of fossil fuel protests.
