Now that the industry has had time to let the dust settle a bit, just who will get the privilege of supplying the world's oil.

My own personable opinion there will be a 5 yr buildup to the new normals. With that being said does the US have a right to supply its own oil? Does the US still have its own best interests intact or must it adhere to the WTO guidelines.
