India's Bad Oil Habit

India has become hooked on oil too quickly and now needs to break this habit, some people believe. Really, when you think about it, all was great when Brent was at $40 but now it's above $70, and in the meantime India's imports have been growing and growing and growing. They do have a renewables agenda, true, but can they push it far enough soon enough?

India is now pushing the renewables but somewhere peoples are too busy with fossil fuel and that conservative thinking will affect the economy and one of the main hurdle....and they need more strong policy support. India's Target to achieve 175 GW Green energy till 2022 is still a very hard task.
