Maybe US Could Take A Page From Puerto Rico Playbook

Well... the rebuild playbook, not the we-have-millions-without-power playbook.  Wait... the US already has that playbook.

Puerto Rico announced plans today to rebuild its electric grid to be more resilient to storms and less reliant on fossil fuels under a 10-year, $17.6-billion plan,

Of course, PR hasn't figured out how to implement this plan yet, but still... it sounds nice!

With the climate it has, sunny and windy Puerto Rico should go 100 percent renewable. Other than that, aren't they bankrupt?

I wish they would add waste to fuels and energy to the list, since they have major issue with waste

Yes, waste energy would fuel the local micro-grids as necessary
