USPS has problems. that is $15 billion debt is a direct result of the mandate that it must pay about $5.6 billion a year for 10 years to prefund the retiree healthcare plan. cryptocurator + 17 AN April 20, 2018 perhaps more proof that the postal system is ... broken? A postal worker in Brooklyn was just charged because they discovered him hoarding mail. He had 17,000 pieces of mail dating back to 2005 in his car, apartment, etc. Why? Because he felt overwhelmed at all the mail.
