When companies recruit new workers, particularly for entry-level jobs, they are not necessarily looking for knowledge of certain software. They are looking for what most consider soft skills: problem solving, effective communication and leadership. They also want candidates who show a willingness to keep learning new skills. By some researching, “the human being’s role in the workplace is less to do repetitive things all the time and more to do the non-repetitive tasks that bring new kinds of value". Of course, the biggest deficit in the millennial generation is autonomous decision-making.  It's a the biggest advantage of man over the robot... The big question, can robot feel ?!  No way.

One example. Psychology and the ability to empathize and advise a person who is struggling with mental health disorders. I doubt robots will be able to do that.

Actually, a "robot" could be a pretty good cognitive therapist. Much of cognitive therapy is simply pointing out the fallacies in self talk and analyzing how to improve how we think about our problems. Of course, the programming should be excellent. Homework should be assigned to the client also. Various "counselor" personality types and voices could also be created so that the client can choose one of several.

Robots lack glands of internal secretion and an organic brain. Hence they lack emotions and related abilities such as empathy. For the same reason they lack imagination. Emotions and imagination are key in creative work. So we're safe until robots grow glands, I guess.
