Bari Weiss wrote a scathing resignation letter to her former employer. No one with an IQ over room temperature reading it will miss the glaring and obvious bias that MSM source has. The rest, the ones party to the problem will claim nothing at all is amiss. That in itself is a problem, but like autistic children, self reflection and awareness is thoroughly absent in these people.

What we've been saying about the MSM for some time now. It's real and their own are calling them out for it.

When you're used to getting a trophy for just showing up, learning to accept criticism, even light criticism, is impossible. I recently formed a supplement start up making one of those little known bio-hacking molecules, the employees ~30yo and under have no capacity to deal with even a tiny critique of their efforts. Me saying something like "what about if we tried this direction instead" in regards to their work is viewed as a personal attack. I'm having to grab every ego smoothing technique in my tool kit all the time just to keep moving forward.

'Learning to love yourself' has warped into 'fall in love with yourself', there's an ocean of difference between those two points.

While interesting in itself, I don't believe it applies to this instance since she was specifically hired to broaden their horizons after they were gobsmacked by Trump's election, which they never saw coming. Are there horrible millennials? No doubt about it. Did they have horrible parents? The magic eight ball says "highly likely".

The text of the letter I didn't quote here goes into specific details of what she endured. Is there a lawsuit coming? I doubt it, since she quit but it would serve them right. My son works in a hostile environment like she did, because he refuses to genuflect to the liberal agenda his manager pushes. He merely does his job, better than everyone around him and more competently than his boss ever could. He's complained, arguing that this is all outside the scope of his job and officially put the manager on notice. Do you think that changed anything? They don't dare fire him but the boss would love it if he quit. Of course then the place would fall apart, but the boss ain't that bright. Just wants Libs all around him and more Groupthink. All this has nothing to do with the job, which is technical and has zero political overtones. But these freaks are that messed up, wanting to control every element of everyone's lives or punish them if they can't. This is unhealthy in a company and unhealthy for our country. These people must be stopped by any and all means necessary. They're a plague.

IMO it all rolls together. First they started building self esteem that's not attached to any accomplishments other than 'you being you'. This is then rolled into the whole micro-aggression nonsense where every interaction is analyzed into oblivion for any minute negative effect on the fragile high self esteem. This fragility infects the entire group who band together and attack all perceived slights to the unfounded self esteem of the group as a whole. Each group then cannot emotionally deal with adverse opinions or critiques without falling apart due to the baseless high self esteem. We had Generation Kill now it's Generation Wussy.

The question is how is it that these kids were raised that way. Uncompetitive, only a few capable of forming an opinion on their own, bullies touting their own pain. Somehow expecting a college major chosen for fun or virtue signaling to provide an income that would pay their student loans off. They didn't raise themselves, they were raised by boomers. How did they manage to raise such a generation of fearful adults conforming to their peers at all costs?

During these difficult time in the States, with mobs running riot, hatred towards the law enforcement community, ‘trained Marxists’ highjacking the BLM movement, Antifa terrorizing at will, the ‘cancelling of American history, and so forth....I do not see where the Socialist/Communist liberal contributors are not gleefully contributing their views and opinions on this issue, on this forum....why is that?
