Put it to a vote in the State in question. Requires a super-majority, let's make it over 75%. 2. If the vote is pro-socialism, it shall be granted. 3. If granted they lose all rights, payments and protections under Federal laws and purse. That state will also no longer need to pay Federal taxes, except where actions within the state affect anything outside of their borders. 4. Well, when the going got tough and she realized they were ruining their city from within, not from Donald Trump as the Left would have us believe, she asked for funding to send in the National Guard. And now, she is asking for that funding to be extended through the end of the year. In her letter she still did not like to use the word "rioting" but put as a reason "public safety".
