Baker Hughes Could Buy into Adnoc

Adnoc is in talks with BH for the acquisition of a minority stake in its drilling unit, which Adnoc listed last year, I think. They're neither confirming nor denying the report but Adnoc seems to be a on an expansion path, for which it needs money. oh, and this expansion path is apparently part of efforts to diversify away from oil.
