Serbian-Russian's oil giant in expansion on East Europe

Something "fresh" from my country. NIS, state oil firm, which was mostly under Russia's Gazprom Neft is planing to invest $2.2 billion in new operation in this part of Europe by the 2025. Go Serbia, go....

Russia is our strategic partner and I have to say that we have this cooperation last 800 years. Our oil magnate NIS was on knees before Gazprom.

Yeah, this sort of underpins the struggle with Gazprom in Eastern Europe. Everyone needs Gazprom or they're not going anywhere, yet they have to sacrifice quite a bit for this.

Vladimir Gligorov, one of the most respectable economist in that part of Europe, recently, in his article about small countries on Balkan has wrote:
"Small countries like Serbia, which don't care too much about trading rules and investments and want to seat on 4 chairs,  indeed sold their geopolitic and geoeconomic significance - and that is not too much. That kind of politics until now 
didn't give any result".
I think it's a destiny and general rules for many countries, not just on Balkan.

When Gapzrom came to NIS, it was 2009. they made a contract about 500 million euros. In that moment it was highest offer for this company which was near to be closed. Today, we are talking about new investment and expansion....
