The Quant shops and the Algorithms still affect the price of oil .  Can't teach old dogs new tricks.  It will change.  When ?  The outlook for a dollar rebound in the near term are slim. So will the Hedge Funds continue their long position for now ?  Or will certain other variables change that ?
