Yes it is quite a spectacle is it not! However the 2022 mid term elections will be a precursor to the final closure in the 2024 election. 2024 will be a clean slate to once again renew MAGA, first order of business will be to declare war on China. The US is already developing deployment strategies for the cancel culture to be spread thru out China.... You might plead to the UN for mercy laws now.

The only way that'll happen (realistically) is over Taiwan.

The Chinese recently had a new 5 year plan: https://asiasociety.org/policy-institute/china-has-politics-too

Trump was right in putting the focus towards China's direction. I don't think he was right in the ways the he went alone against China, as if it was 1995 and America was the only superpower in the world.

For any real leverage, we need robust alliances to keep China on it's best behavior, because they've pursued a lot of soft power goals as well. I think strengthening the "Quad" relationship is a good place to start: https://nationalinterest.org/feature/can-quad-transform-alliance-contain-china-180786

agree. The US is already at war, against more than China. And losing. The fact the US must seek alliances proves the US is too weak to fight alone.

Trump is defeated and Bernie Madoff is dead. It’s the end of an era. Now is the time to override the Republican cuts of 10’s of billions in IRA tax enforcement. Over 400 billion a year is lost to tax havens and abuse of tax law.
Heard of the phrase claw back? Get-er-done.

Who would want to fight alone. To fight is to marshal all of ones resources against ones enemies. A simple reduction of trade by the US and all its allies would dry the seeds of growth from this rouge country.

Apparently you forget Obama’s pivot to China from the Middle East. Tariffs on steel, tires etc. Obama also coordinated with others in the region running military ships through the South China Sea.

But neither Trump or Obama went far enough and played politics like weak children.

Trump was just a yacker with little effect. Obama yacked less with similar success. Policy has to effect change in an opponents behavior to declare success. That hasent happened.

New photos reveal several cheat sheets used by President Joe Biden during his Thursday press conference — including one with the headshots and names of reporters he planned to call on.

The president also used notes to assist with facts about US infrastructure, a policy area Biden is focusing on during his first months in the White House.

“The United States now ranks 13th globally in infrastructure quality — down from 5th place in 2002,” read one bullet point.

But despite having the answers in front of him, Biden still slipped up, saying America ranked 85th in the world in infrastructure, before correcting himself.

The press pool at Thursday’s briefing, the first one held by Biden since taking office 65 days ago, was limited to 25 reporters.

Biden only took questions from a list of journalists whose names and outlets he read from a cue card. A photo of the card shows circled numbers around select reporters.

In the early stages of the 62 minutes presser, in which Biden fielded 10 questions, the president appeared to repeatedly lose his train of thought, forgetting questions and asking reporters if they wanted him to give detailed answers.

Many of his responses were aided by notes he kept inside a three-ring binder.

He abruptly wrapped up the press conference, telling reporters, “but folks. I’m going,” without sticking around for a follow-up question.

You on drugs? A problem with notes? Let’s instead see how much of Trumps agenda he can kill in a year. That will be the measure of the man.

John Kerry invested in oil companies prior to becoming Biden's climate envoy, financial disclosures show

John Kerry, President Biden’s special presidential envoy for climate change, held investments in oil companies prior to divesting from the stocks as he took over the position, according to financial forms.

Kerry's financial disclosure forms, which were obtained by Fox News, show that the former secretary of state was financially invested in numerous oil companies, including Duke Energy, Cimarex, Dominion Energy, Exelon Corporation and Valero Energy.

As Biden's climate envoy, he will push policies that run counter to his personal investments before taking over the post. At the same time that Kerry held investments in oil companies, he also worked with climate groups The Rise Fund, where he served as a senior adviser, and Climate Finance Partners, where he acted as chairman of the advisory board.

GOP tears into Kerry amid Iran controversy

Republicans on Monday called on John Kerry to resign from President Joe Biden’s National Security Council over claims that he revealed sensitive information about Israeli military operations to Iran.

According to leaked audio revealed Sunday by The New York Times, Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif said Kerry told him that Israel attacked Iranian assets in Syria “at least 200 times.” Zarif added that he was surprised that Kerry would reveal that sensitive information to him, according to the audio.

Shakeup in Iran’s presidential office after leaked FM tape

TEHRAN, Iran (AP) — Iran's president on Thursday replaced the head of a government think tank after a recording of a conversation with the country’s foreign minister leaked out this week. The tape, meant for government records, provided a rare glimpse into the theocracy’s power struggles and set off a firestorm in Iran.

Even the liberal late-night shows are having fun...

“Today marks the end of President Joe Biden’s first 100 days in office, which is the period where every president tries to get their big things done. You know, F.D.R. introduced the New Deal, Ronald Reagan rolled back the welfare state, and Bill Clinton installed that stripper pole in the situation room.”

“And to celebrate the occasion, last night Joe Biden delivered his first address to Congress. Yes, for hundreds of years Joe Biden has sat and watched other presidents give speeches to Congress, but now it was his turn.” — TREVOR NOAH

None of them, as much as they aspire to do so, holds a candle to Jon Stewart and the Daily Show of old.  Unfortunately, a younger more gullible generation has come along and they like what they hear on late night now, which then further makes them believe what their professors told them was reality.  Sad, such bright minds that can't think for themselves and need validation constantly.  Facebook "likes" anyone?

To say the socialist progressive party in place under Biden is beginning to fear what they have done would be a mild statement.

As we all are sitting here at this moment in time a 60's liberal is actually endorsing and defending a Republican Neo Con. It is stunning, the desperation reeks, a parody  is in order here.

'Don't take questions': White House press secretary frowns on Biden's media interaction

WASHINGTON – President Joe Biden was fielding his fourth question from a reporter after delivering remarks on the pandemic last week when he apologized to the press corps.

“Look, I’m sorry. This is the last question I’ll take,” Biden said. “I’m really going to be in trouble.”

In trouble? Really?

In fact, yes, White House press secretary Jen Psaki divulged in a podcast interview this week.

The Quad intends to go to war with China to eliminate its navy and allow it to reorganize as a peaceful Federal Republic instead of a Maoist slave force for the global banking cabal.  At the moment, French and UK ships are exercising with some of the Quad navies in the S China sea.

The spook rumor mill has claimed that a shooting war with China has been ongoing for the better part of 2 years now. CIA is in league with China (CCP) and has invited them into US MX and CA underground bunker systems, where they had been taken out to the tune of 250-325k PLA soldiers burred in  the CIA bunkers. One of the Chinese incursions into Taiwan's external air space is supposed to have ended up with most of their aircraft taken down in an air fight, late March.

China's positioning of amphibious landing/troop ships indicates an intention of invading outer islands of the Philippines and Indonesia. The Taiwan air show is a distraction. Those islands provide an opportunity for fortifications to control the Southern approaches to the Chinese ports and to interfere at will in trade between Japan Vietnam Malaysia Philippines and Indonesia, as well as access to the mineral resources on P and I shelves. China has done extensive resource mapping surveys of the Australian Indonesian Philippines and Malay waters over the last few years, accompanying drill rigs with war ships. Same thing with fishing vessels.

The retaliation may start with breaking down the 2 dams in the Chongqing area followed by the final collapse of 3 Gorges Dam. The claim is that HAARP and space weapons are being used to overwhelm and weaken the dams. Pics of damage to 3GD are very alarming; the gaps filled with debris and sandbags, the irregular curvatures in the dam, the plethora of cracks. So is the old news that the vertical steel beams that were supposed to anchor the base of the dam to the bedrock were never put in place in order to save time and money, which is why the dam is sliding forward in some of its sections.

He can't change anything long term. None of his exec. orders carry any weight since he did not sign them. It is Jill Biden's signature for him, and the vast bulk of them are outside the legal boundaries of executive powers. They are legally on very thin ice and will be curtailed, if not thrown out in bulk by the Federal courts/SCOTUS.

Jen Psaki says the quiet part out loud about Joe Biden

Think about that for a moment, and ask yourself this: Isn't it amazing, almost disturbing, that the leader of the free world, a man who received more votes than any other candidate in U.S. history, is being told when he’s allowed to speak to reporters outside of the desired controlled environment?

Palestinian militants fired rocket barrages into Israel from Gaza for a second day on Tuesday and Israeli warplanes struck the enclave in a deepening conflict in which at least 26 people in Gaza and two in Israel have been killed. The most serious outbreak of fighting between armed factions in Hamas Islamist-run Gaza and Israel since 2019 was triggered by clashes between Palestinians and Israeli police at Al Asqa Mosque in Jerusalem on Monday.

Fake News? What a time in America!

Try reading the article - he is not told what he is "allowed to do."  What you call "handlers" reasonable people call subordinate staff.

“A lot of times, we say, ‘Don’t take questions,’” she continued. “But he’s going to do what he wants to do because he’s the president of the United States.”

I guarantee that you can find times where Trump has said "no questions" or failed too address the press altogether.   Try logic.
