The haters will keep hating.  The Democrat Party including Joe Biden are driving the U.S. further and further apart.  Do you think they know or care how it will end ?  It won't be pretty.

This hate and derision has to stop.

Who do you think is causing hate and derision? Do you think associating a pandemic with an ethnic group (China virus, Kung-Flu) was a prudent idea? Do you think it raised the temperature of xenophobia or lowered it?

Looking at the broader picture, do you think the GQP (by this I really mean the Trump-Bannonist-MGT wing of the GOP) is more similar to the Know Nothings (see: https://www.smithsonianmag.com/history/immigrants-conspiracies-and-secret-society-launched-american-nativism-180961915/) or the GOP of Abe Lincoln? Keep in mind Lincoln hated the Know Nothings.

Excerpt:

(CNN)The hundreds of thousands of citizens whose deaths from Covid-19 could have been avoided are owed national and political accountability, but the polarization of America that exacerbated the pandemic threatens to deprive them of their due.

A haunting admission by Dr. Deborah Birx in a new CNN documentary that after last year's first infectious wave, the death toll could have been substantially reduced, will prove harrowing for those who lost loved ones. It also throws new scrutiny on the negligent management of the pandemic by former President Donald Trump and his willingness to put economic and political goals above science and the public well-being.

Revelations by Birx, a highly respected international health expert before she became coronavirus response coordinator for the Trump White House, and by her colleagues who spoke to CNN in "COVID WAR: The Pandemic Doctors Speak Out," which aired Sunday night, represent the most intimate view yet inside Trump's chaotic and feudal White House when Covid-19 struck.

"I look at it this way. The first time we have an excuse," Birx told CNN Chief Medical Correspondent Dr. Sanjay Gupta. "There were about a hundred thousand deaths that came from that original surge. All of the rest of them, in my mind, could have been mitigated or decreased substantially."

Yes reduced substantially by using HYDROXYCHLOROQUIN, z-PAC. But you media fools lied to everyone along with the fake report study. Miraculously it works wonders now. Zero Deaths zero hospital. But CNN MSNBC NBC CBS SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE DEATHS OF 500,000 AMERICANS AND MILLIONS AROUND TGE WORLD.

I thought I heard our ex-President say he was using it.  And was he not admitted to a hospital for COVID-19?

Zero hospital??

At least you are not raising objections to the death count.

@Ward Smith I see you and @Dan Warnick rolling your eyes and I accept your eye roll challenge. Cyber pistols at dawn sir!

The fountain of youth I'm referring to isn't about hard-wired DNA (ACGT) or genes/nucleotide structure. Unless you have a hard wired genetic defect,  Huntington's, Sickle Cell, Cystic Fibrosis it's not very useful to focus on the genes themselves, it's the Epigenome you should pay attention to.

What's the Epigenome and why should you pay attention to it? It's the system that controls how your hard-wired genes express themselves every millisecond of every day. I say millisecond due to cellular processes happening faster than the eye can see. Ie. mitochondria rotating at 9,000 RPM or 150 Rotations Per Second, all day, every day of your life.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W3Kg9w-srFk

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PeT1RcwsDMc

You can actually take a DNA Methylation test called a Horvath analysis that will reveal your biological age (not your chronological age based on birth and calendar years) and will also give you a scarily accurate time frame of when you will die. Yes, you can take a genetic test right now and they can tell you, within a 2-5 year time frame, when you will kick the bucket due to the Epigenetic Methylation structure (methyl tags) on your DNA.

https://www.nature.com/articles/498S10a

https://www.wired.com/story/new-tests-use-epigenetics-to-guess-how-fast-youre-aging/

https://www.mydnage.com

So, this primer on Epigenetic leads us to Mr. Shinya Yamanaka of Kyoto University, Nobel Prize winner (among many other awards) for his discovery of...

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shinya_Yamanaka#Yamanaka's_research

"Shinya Yamanaka proved that introduction of a small set of transcription factors into a differentiated cell was sufficient to revert the cell to a pluripotent state. Yamanaka focused on factors that are important for maintaining pluripotency in embryonic stem (ES) cells. Knowing that transcription factors were involved in the maintenance of the pluripotent state, he selected a set of 24 ES cell transcriptional factors as candidates to reinstate pluripotency in somatic cells.

First, he collected the 24 candidate factors. When all 24 genes encoding these transcription factors were introduced into skin fibroblasts, few actually generated colonies that were remarkably similar to ES cells. Secondly, further experiments were conducted with smaller numbers of transcription factors added to identify the key factors, through a very simple and yet sensitive assay system. Lastly, he identified the four key genes. They found that 4 transcriptional factors (Myc, Oct3/4, Sox2 and Klf4) were sufficient to convert mouse embryonic or adult fibroblasts to pluripotent stem cells (capable of producing teratomas in vivo and contributing to chimeric mice).

These pluripotent cells are called iPS (induced pluripotent stem) cells; they appeared with very low frequency. iPS cells can be selected by inserting the b-geo gene into the Fbx15 locus. The Fbx15 promoter is active in pluripotent stem cells which induce b-geo expression, which in turn gives rise to G418 resistance; this resistance helps us identify the iPS cells in culture.

Moreover, in 2007, Yamanaka and his colleagues found iPS cells with germline transmission (via selecting for Oct4 or Nanog gene). Also in 2007, they were the first to produce human iPS cells.

However, there are some difficulties to overcome. The first is the issue of the very low production rate of iPS cells, and the other is the fact that the 4 transcriptional factors are shown to be oncogenic.

Nonetheless, this is a truly fundamental discovery. This was the first time an intact differentiated somatic cell could be reprogrammed to become pluripotent. This opened up a completely new research field"

After this discovery many scientists spent much time, effort and money trying to perfect this cellular age reversing technique without much success as subject cells and mice kept reverting to pluripotent stem cells or just outright dying. It turned out activating all four genes (now called Yamanaka factors) is fatal.

Fast forwarding a few years leads us to a Mr. David Sinclair of Harvard University, AKA, MY FAVORITE SCIENTIST! (you know you're a super geek when you have a favorite scientist)

https://genetics.hms.harvard.edu/faculty-staff/david-andrew-sinclair

David Sinclair is the first researcher to declare aging a disease that should be treated like any other sickness, not just accepted. Taking a position this outlandish of course invited scorn, but what else is new.

Sinclair being a science bad-ass brushed that dirt off his shoulder and In September 2019 he released his book called "Lifespan: Why We Age-and Why We Don't Have To".

https://www.amazon.com/Lifespan-Why-Age_and-Dont-Have/dp/1501191977

In that book he describes how one of his researchers disabled one of the four Yamanaka factors and... holy guacamole not only did death not occur, stable age reversal using epigenetic modification only was attained. Yes, epigenetic modification led to the reversal not modifying the hard wired genes, just the control mechanism of the genes themselves.

Here's videos with David Sinclair being interviewed with well done explanations.

All of this of course leads to the inevitable commercialization now taking place.

There could be racists against Asians who always hated Asians, even before Trump took office. There could be racists against Asians who started to hate Asians as a result of Trump. There could be racists against Asians who also hated Trump.

However, I am not convinced at all that there is zero overlap between racists against Asians and Trump voters, and I certainly do not believe anyone can objectively issue a blanket statement that no Trump voter is a racist against Asians. To be fair, I also will not buy it if someone said that no democrat is a racist against Asians. Such statements simply serve as redirections (if not misdirections), turning people away from the real, fundamental issue.

As I mentioned many times before, our nation has a long history of racism against Asian Americans, and it is meaningless to try to sort out such racists by race or party affiliation. It is in our nation's blood, way before Pearl Harbor, the Korean War, the Vietnam War, the CCP/PRC ...

Hmm, speaking of commercialization, Abvie bought Stemcentrx for $10 billion then wrote the whole thing off. Admittedly they took a cure and tried to turn it into a treatment. The cure was for cancer, and when you dig into any cancer, you'll find cancer stem cells. They're the immortals, they ignore the apoptosis signals and just keep reproducing themselves, be that lung, skin, prostate, you name it. What happens when a subset of your bodily system decides it's the boss and reproduces ad nauseum? Ad mortuary.

So, groovy mRNA tells our cells they get to be immortal and they all goferit. Guaranteed cancer. Fun game, let's play again sometimes

No, it's not guaranteed cancer, they're already doing it in whole animals and they're just fine. A little known fact is we all get cancer every day of our lives, with +/-38 trillion human cells in your body being replaced at +/-330 billion every day, it's unavoidable.

https://www.scientificamerican.com/article/our-bodies-replace-billions-of-cells-every-day/

The Thymus turns to fat around 60-65 years old, leading to inevitable immune system decline. This is one of the main reasons everybody gets cancer when you get older, your immune system can't do it's job like it used to and take out daily cancer cells.

Many cancers will be treated with mRNA in the near future. It's all signaling, instead of cutting it out, instruct it to stop.

What was interesting that China researchers gave Moderna the “code” on Jan 6th. PS And he should have thanked China for the information. But no, Trump is a political animal and used the moment to racially bash the yellow country. What an idiot.

CDC, NIH, and others had the same info . They all said the virus was not a problem, only transmittal via touch (no aerosol), masks don't work, masks are not needed and don't stop going out to restaurants .  Many Dems went for a photo-op at Chinese restaurant.

Fauci ,  "America's Doctor"  didn't come around until March.

Fauci told Trump it was foolish to ban travel from China.  Luckily Trump didn't listen to him

Fauci told Trump it would take 3 to 5 years to develop a vaccine with the distinct possibility you may never get a vaccine.

Here's more that just came out about epigenetics, looks like there's a new CHRISRoff tech that can modify epigenetic structure.

https://www.ucsf.edu/news/2021/04/420306/new-crispr-technology-offers-unrivaled-control-epigenetic-inheritance

Your cells are immortal, they just need the correct instruction set to function properly. If you and your wife have a child the DNA in that baby has one strand the same age as you and another strand the same age as your wife. The only thing that gives the illusion of age is the epigenetic structure controlling the ACGT, DNA. Sinclair explains it in his Information Theory of Aging, this link gives a good explanation.

https://hplus.club/blog/a-summary-of-david-sinclairs-information-theory-of-aging/

From what he says in the 2021 youtube video link, they've been in trials for ~2 years already with results expected ~2024. Initial observations in different tissue types are showing results as expected.

Stay alive a few more years my friend, big things are coming.

I didn't say Covid deaths, in fact I just posted the link. But since we all know who you are, magically conversant in topics going back months even though you have another brand new account I'll play along. As I've proven the death counts attributed to Covid are too high, since at best they were deaths with Covid. However, 100% of the people were given no treatment even though treatments were available. Fauci and others are guilty of manslaughter at minimum, murder when it comes down to it. But in your other guises you claimed it was Trump. Not fooled by you. Time to create yet another sock puppet. Try not to be so obvious next time.

It was like yesterday you were writing about 20,000 deaths.

100% were given no treatment?  Seriously?  Trump himself received numerous treatments.  Fluids, oxygen etc. are all treatments plus the numerous drugs given.

I'll leave you to your views...  "100% of the people were given no treatment" is just purposely being ignorant.  Troll.

I guess it just boils down to who you put your faith in,  The New American, or the NIH...

You gotta admit, there's a little more "meat" provided by the NIH.

I don't think The New American is "peer reviewed", but I could be wrong.
