The video doesn't say very much. Sure governments are lining up to put money into research in this field because activists have been screaming that its the next new thing. But my distinct understanding is that we're still missing a few research break throughs to really make H2 viable as a major store of energy. You'll find plenty of test projects and research projects which, worldwide, will add up to an impressive dollar figure, but it still doesn't mean anything..
