There is talk within the GOP inner circles of a possible 2024 tickets

One duo that is garnering a lot of their attention is pairing Florida Governor Ron Desantis with conservative Candace Owen.  

As a result the Dems have started to attack and demonize (cancel) the two possible candidates. 

GOP is looking to nominate a women as part of the 2024 ticket.  Former GOP women  front runners Nikki Haley and Kristi Noem have alienated the Trump faction of the party.  The the current thought is nobody can win the nomination , much less the Presidency without the Trump base's blessing.  Neither Haley or Noem have been dismissed as possible President or VP nominees but they need to re-ingratiate themselves in the eyes of this group over the next 1 1/2 years.  

Another name being bantered about is Lara Trump, The Donald's daughter-in-law.  She is talking about running for the North Carolina Senate seat and could parlay that into a spot on the ticket.
