Once, going 40 in a 30 zone, a minor infringement caught by a waiting policeman on a downslope. Another occasion I got measured by a waiting policeman in the same type of situation, but I braked before he clicked the measurement gun and he waved me on when I tried to pull over to get the ticket, he called out "You're lucky!"

I don't see violent looting on that list, but it looks like they are scaling back in California and forbidding anyone from interfering with a violent looting in progress.
