It wasn't physical performance that is the problem. In 2014 we had a gas market started to crack with rising casing head that could not shut in.  and CCGT's cut prices to stay on line and  solar and wind followed suit because for them marginal cost was 0.  Too many early wind farm assumed $50-60 /mwh Guys in the suits are the problem.f
