A Billion Reasons to Be Bullish on Blockchain

Separating cryptocurrency from the much larger blockchain picture, this is going to be explosive. World leaders are giving blockchain a major boost lately with all kinds of statements of support, but an interesting survey just popped up on CoinDesk showing that banks saw a massive 67% increase in their blockchain budges in 2017. Imagine what 2018 will look like!

I've seen the Chinese president make such a statement, and Germany recently, I believe. I don't doubt the power of blockchain to upend pretty much every industry. I think, though, that people have a hard time separating blockchain from crypocurrency, even though they aren't really that difficult to separate. Blockchain is the big picture, and yes, it underpins crypto, but it's so much more than that.
