So, Putin is basically like Hitler but more scary because of nuclear weapons equal to America under the control of a psychopath. He will at least, use the nuclear threat to keep us out of the Ukraine war directly. Even if we continue that policy, it means little to him because we are aiding and abetting Ukraine. We must do all we can indirectly, militarily and as humanitarians.

We must get the truth throughout the "communist" and Third World. I put quotes on communist because China is actually fascist. The actual communists are total failures as was the USSR. They are Cuba, Venezuela, North Korea, etc. We are in a war for "hearts and minds." Tesla was able to give Ukraine computer access through his satellites. Can he do the same with Russia and China? We have that plus shortwave radio, regular radio, printed matter that can be distributed secretly, the powerful grapevine, the dead bodies returning to Russia. Satellite photographs of the deaths and damaged cities of Ukraine. I hope we are doing our best on all of the above.

well, as you are itching for war, when will you join the mercenary forces?

The Russians attacked Ukraine. They gained some land including Crimea, all due to the Russian diaspora. It was an aggressive war. They were not satisfied with keeping their winnings so now they are in total war with Ukraine. It has turned the free world against them so their destruction of Ukraine will gain them nothing but scorn. They have lost many more soldiers and far more equipment then Ukraine. We will see how it goes from here. Russia has not been reduced to this low of a status in its entire history that I know of. Belarus would overthrow their dictator if it were not for Russia backing up their dictator.

Putin hit with betrayal as Belarusian troops turn on Russia and vow to fight for Ukraine

A BATTALION of Belarusian troops has vowed to help Ukrainian forces free the people of Mariupol from the brutal Russian siege, in a sign that even Vladimir Putin's closest allies are turning on him.

How much is Putin paying you to post BS???? Obviously you are hurting for Rubles....as no human would post on the behalf of Putin for free.....

Millions of Russians would post "on behalf of Putin" for free, including myself. Moreover, I think no human would post on behalf of the criminal and rotten American empire instead. Which does, of course, have a lot of shills, having extorted so many riches from the rest of the world. What is your excuse? You should be getting paid for the revolting stuff you post.

96% to be precise.

However, that was a "miraculous" jump when only 45% wanted to remain adjoined to Russia in the early 90s during the vote for Ukrainian independence.

Why the increase? Because anyone who disagreed, which is like half of Crimea, boycotted the referendum.

That referendum was held at gunpoint with many Russian forces, uniformed and non-uniformed, having entered the provence.

Russia and about 10 other countries are the only countries that recognize the annexation.

How could it be "at gunpoint" if the soldiers did not enter the voting locations and the voting was per secret ballot? The soldiers simply guarded outside, to prevent sabotage. Also see

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1991_Crimean_sovereignty_referendum

Was it also at gunpoint?

Putin couldnt dreamed about such materials in USA. Nobody really watch RT America to be honest probably.

For me its really rather prorussia point of viev in this conflict taking into account its a agressor.

Its truly fascinating Republicans/Democract and its attitutes to Russia.

Tucker Carlson could really work in Russia Today. I dont mean to insult him because its very good anchor but he looks really prorussian for long-time.

They, like Russia, think mass infantry attacks are a good idea. Modern weapons and coordinating attacks with air power have made them obsolete. Artillery, like bombing, often heightens resistance by destroying beloved cities and homes.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battle_of_Monte_Cassino This was a very costly mistake by allied forces in WW2.

Ukraine war: UK to send 6,000 defensive missiles to Ukraine to 'step up' military support

Bye bye tanks!

Special big tire motorbikes may replace tanks and armored personnel carriers. Various types of munitions could be carried in side cars. They are a smaller target and would be far more targets and much harder to hit. Long range hand held or small missile launchers could take out long range artillery and close in ships. Drones can replace manned aircraft at a much smaller price and can be programmed to dogfight. The drones can be small to large with higher capacity for munitions. Automated, remote controlled supply carriers can accompany troops. Multiple small submarines and boats like PT boats and small drone or helicopter carriers may be far better than aircraft carriers and far less expensive and harder to hit.

Our military needs to start over and figure out how to best spend our money, not just continue to let the military make decisions by itself, regardless of costs and cost overruns.

The main reason they are not is because they are more likely to turn against their own government and support the people of Belarus who would love to replace their dictator who is supported by Putin. Meanwhile defectors ARE fighting for Ukraine. It just goes to show you how men can become free of despots. I hope Belarus is next in fighting for its freedom.

Signs of things to come:

I would love to, I am a vet and a sharpshooter. My income is important to several people in my family so it is not a viable option, plus I am 76 years old so not going right now. Are you a vet?

There isn't even a way to transfer money out of Russia right now. Now is the time to offer me more? Surely you can afford me easily, being a tool of the Hegemony that you are? It must be lucrative to sell your soul  like that.

I think youll find they will be aimed at whats left of the Russian tanks and aircraft until Putin realises he isnt going to win this war.

I feel sorry for the average Russian kept in the dark about what is actually happening to their brothers in Ukraine, the truth will out.
