Not at all…A combination of both traditional way and digitization might be more sensible...

1. important things e.g. personal account, important documents, control panel for electricity, traffic lights, water etc must be separated from online accessibility

2. printed version of important documents and filing of those are still important to avoid unsolicited changes made by lawyers, trustees, managers, assistants to the rich, PA, secretary etc etc

3. total transparency could affect safety of commoners in time to come. It is not suitable unless everyone is having nothing or having minimally that nobody bothers to know or so..........

Total transparency ought to be used on politicians and government servants so that their integrity is constantly reviewed......... For example, according to a news clip, Annuar Ibrahim of Malaysia declared his asset vaguely as total assets and properties of hundreds of millions or billions, without shares or anything else. For a government servant earning RM3,500 for decades (with a family of 5 or 6 to be fed), jailed without earning for decades, this should be investigated further and declined application or disqualified shall further clarification is not able to be made...........

If all politicians with political parties behave the same, let's give independent candidates a chance to prove their worth from neutral ground..........

How farsightedness sometimes fails us...............… 'n'

We support continued international dialogue and collaboration on the establishment of trusted global digital health networks as part of the efforts to strengthen prevention and response to future pandemics, that should capitalize and build on the success of the existing standards and digital COVID-19 certificates.

Interestingly, the next paragraph of the formal declaration, article 24, goes on to describe the need to for global institutions to fight against 'disinformation'....

No problem to cut off tracking.   First get rid of Microsoft and Apple OS, Amazon and google products. Then block javascript.  Pay by check, use VPN hardware rounter and Hush mail email.

The generation that grew up with video games doesn't even carry cash; I have been to some stores that the cashier either gave me back to much or sat there pondering what the correct amount to give. Governments want digital as stated above In the above article as a way to know “ What, When, Why, and How Much you are doing. “

Go to any bank and cash a check for $9,000.00 and see the look you get; then, a second person has to approve. Additionally, they then need to need to hit the vault because no one drawer has that much. Ask for large bills and you really get a look.
