Several hundred oil workers in Norway have gone on strike after failing to reach an agreement on wages with their employers. It doesn't sound like much but it could spread and it's already affecting prices, after Shell shut down its Knarr field. The number of strikers could rise to more than 2,000. More good news for oil bulls.

Strikes are being a commonplace these days in global oil industry, add to this the ongoing strike by TOTAL's Gabon oil workers too. And in the last recent years there were quite a lot of them in many spots around the globe. not good news definitely for global oil and gas sector amid the widening corruption affecting it as well.
