SUZNV + 1,197 January 31, 2023 For commoners, socialism/communism main sale is enviousness, disguised under "for the greater good" theme to justify their enviousness, or self-victimized to justify their hate.  Even Marx the drunkard was in this category . Emotionally manipulated by media with issuing dopamine for making money, they can easily hate someone they don't know personally and garbage in, garbage out . Very few people give what they have, but asking someone else they hate to contribute. There are some truly useful idiots like being used in exchange for the dopamine of being cheers. Most of people in this category main driver is "I am special" or "I am better" or "You only live once - YOLO". Hangout with these people is quit easy, just feed their ego and avoiding enviousness, but you will need to lie all the time to blend in. For Billionaires, non profit organization is simply for avoiding tax. Own nothing but control everything.  Using capitalism for accumulated wealth and use socialism to control their wealth. They understand their net worth from stocks are on paper only. Careered Politicians will have to balance what their voters want to hear with their deep thirsty for power of control, because it is their mean of existence.  If you don't want thousands pages of bills for transparency, you don't want careered politicians, they shouldn't be trusted no matter of their personality, just check the history. At least vote out any one stays more than 20 years as they change. What I found in many Americans are individualism. MYOB (so there is no enviousness), humble, stoic, driven by independent, freedom, take care of family. More love and responsibility, less hate, logical driven and thirsty to learn and explore. Religion, as long as not promoting hate may help because to be independent, you need to be brave and understand that you have no control of the future. As long as you believe there is after life(s), you won't need to feel you have to enjoy everything before you die, YOLO. These people cannot feed "I am special" ego but at least they are tolerant for the differences. Suites my introvert personality. I can say whatever I think and blend in. Corporations/Gov/Society are the mixed of all of the above. Money can have the meaning to make you buy the dopamine that you are special to the rest, or have the meaning to have freedom or ability to give, or have the meaning to give you control others. I am not considered myself religious but mixed. I believe in karma but don't believe in praying. I consider life is a role playing test and when you pray, it is not different from asking your supervisor to give you answer during a test. And next life, if exists, will create from my karma but it will not be me. I don't really care what it will be, can be anything, anywhere I have no control but have to live with that . I try to minimize my ego or emotion as I cannot see how it is fitted in my life except to keep me alive and not turn into machine. At the end of the day, we live to answer to what's the meaning of life. RichieRich216 + 454 RK February 1, 2023 Tom, Being that we hit the debt ceiling, those IRS are not a given. And some of the other items that required multi-year financing could also be up for grabs. Biden's student loan forgiveness has more than doubled, that said he illegally launched that program. The executive branch doesn't have legal authority to spend money on such a program. Now Biden and Trump used I believe the War power act for emergency services for covid but for the forgiveness of student loans won't fly. Everyone knows that the United States won't default and these hollow threats are just that. Treasury has the ability to move money around for a good 6-8 months.
