Bad day for Trump!

Came up with all sorts of lies in the debate!

But his opponent also had trouble articulating any vision.

Damage caused by Hurricane Helena has been wide spred across a few states. Whoever helps them drain the water quickly, provides free food, clean water and temporary shelter, give them money to reconstruct damaged houses, etc, would take down those states without sweat......IMG_20240928_200427.thumb.jpg.66aa086f10108208f15a867b52db3261.jpg

Silly comic shows the USA as having the same number of workers as China.  They literally have a billion more people.  Any idea that you could outwork or put in more "sweat" than them is ridiculous.

You might have misunderstood...

- the one pointed by an arrow is the leader.

a) in the east, leadership style is the leader gives command, and the underlings get it done.

b) in the west, the leader works with the underlings to achieve an aim, or to overcome problems.

c) in the EU,  leadership is upside- down. The leader allows underlings to go overboard to lead or follow guidance in freestyle.

- no clear country leadership is happening throughout the world. They no longer know why they are there besides making lots of money unbeknown...

the affects of Global warming caused by fossil fuel use......and think Florida...........the effect on the surface waters in the Gulf of Mexico and the spin off effects on Hurricanses.................Hurricanes love warm and warming waters

The temperature of the Gulf has increased 1 degree c on average in the past 50 years...........and Today....monster hurricanes

Pray for those in the path of the Hurricanes as the damage from climate change and global warming is getting worse and worse

The data show that the Gulf of Mexico sea surface temperature (SST) increased approximately 1.0°C (1.8°̊F) between 1970 and 2020, equivalent to a warming rate of approximately 0.19°C (0.34°F) per decade. The Gulf of Mexico warmed at twice the rate of warming in the global ocean near the sea surface.Feb 1, 2023

1'C increment over the sea can not beat more than 10'C increment on land. What irony is, those people on hotter temperature are all on bicycles, while cooler temperature has all families  driving a car... 'o' '-'

Did you know how huricane is formed?

I have seen small cyclones forming on land while living by the coast in the Tropical zone.

Briefly, if you are interested to know, when cold front from the sea meets hot front of concrete on land, these 2 fronts intwined naturally to form cyclone.

The strength of cyclone depends on temperature difference between those two fronts. The greater the difference, the larger the center, the higher the height and the faster the speed of the cyclone. Strong cyclone would be called hurricane in the west, typhoon in the east, cyclone along indian ocean etc.

This explanation from observation might have been better and clearer than many professional. Unfortunately, you still can not understand.

Sometimes, we have to admit we are ignorant to understand things we do not. If you constantly keep a stance "you knew better", simple words would still be too much a hurdle for you to comprehend. 😉

More than 25 years ago, a fisherman asked a friend to investigate why fishery yield decreased much, instead of checking chemical signals from organic matter which of less usage.

More than 7 years ago, an academician suggested to ignore input from grass root public like fishermen, farmers, unemployed on climate change, because her research showed they do not know much. More than half out of 18 professional participants from SEA agreed.

This shows:

Fisherman noticed the impact 18 years ahead of them acknowledging the topic.

Executives who sit in air-con rooms, then air-con houses, of constant temperature, whole day, throughout the years, are the last to acknowledge or accept climate change. Most are proven more ignorant than known compared to those who work in/ exposed to the field.

Although on most topics researched, they might be correct. Not climate change.

@notsonice you are one of the executives, who do not know what you are talking about but arrogant enough to insist on it. 😉

Have you seen proofs of flying cars in the 18th century ( 1900s) posted as reply to @TailingsPond? No? You are probably too busy with your own opinion, rarely bother with input from others like those professional.

@TailingsPond AI certainly would do better. Thanks for pointing that out.

Speccy you yet again spout off about flying cars in the 18th Century.

You seem to fail to understand that the 18th century was 1700-1799! It was not 1900-1999!!

I'm pretty bloody sure there were NO flying cars or any cars for that matter in the 18th century as you claim. You will have seen some horse drawn carts but thats you lot mate, and no they werent flying either!

A primary school kid would know this!

In fairness Notsonice and TailingsPond are the main 2 protagonists for climate change and the damage to the environment caused by the use of FF on this site. Your little ditty above about the fisherman should be directed to Ecocharger and others on here, not directed to the 2 people who do understand it and constantly post about it.
