Interesting that they're focusing on CBD rather than THC right now.

Oh come on man they didn’t say CC was doing anything with any cannabis comp just exploring. The FDA will highly scrutinize this for sure!

It's not surprising to hear that Coca-Cola is exploring the possibility of developing CBD-infused drinks, given the increasing popularity of hemp-derived CBD oils and other cannabis products for medicinal and wellness purposes. While CBD is derived from the marijuana plant, it's important to note that hemp-derived CBD oils contain very low levels of THC, the psychoactive component found in marijuana, and are legal under federal law as long as they contain less than 0.3% THC.

From info provided, this synthetic extract is lipophylic. Besides the brain, it also acts on the liver, heart, kidney etc.
