Its time now to boost african economics to start operation of Oil production instead everyday to support them with some Aid why dont we oil company not investing in Oil at African Economic ? 

for how long africa countries they will depend on aid and loans from developing countries while a lot natural resource are there ?

There are oil companies operating in Africa looking for oil problem is most people avoid doing business there because of the widespread corruption, I have a friend who was travelling to Nigeria on a regular basis with test equipment for the oil industry and he knew who to bribe at the airport to allow the equipment in one trip for some reason it was a different guy and he did not pay him in error so he landed up in jail. His boss had to fly over and buy him out. When you have operational difficulties like that companies are not going to invest heavily in Africa, don't blame others for Africa's problems if you have any influence please try and use it in Africa not outside.
