Dow Jones 25453, headed for 29969

Since all the media heads are now scaring investors into thinking the market will soon crash. Since i rarely look at stocks i just wanted to take a look for myself, to see if maybe this time they got it right. Suprise suprise, no the dow is going to go back up, and 26800 was not the last high before the crash. When will 29969 be hit?  When it wil be hit. However, i am not saying it has to go up from here, but it could still drop to around 25,000 once more before the next leg up.
