So much for the US wanting China to nix oil shipments to NK.

North Korea diesel prices fell 60% month on month as Russia exports more fuel to NK. Gasoline prices down 25%.

By this article it's clear how Russia does not respect new sanctions against North Korea. I've found facts about China's trade exchange with North Korea from November this year. Even trade between these two countries  recorded decrease in this year.    (20% drop in comparing with September)
