A pipeline to the west coast brings it to full value .one take away buyer u.s.a

Reduces its potential. The question still remains. CHEAP goods produced in China resold globally at profit. Cheap oil

I seem to remember the pipelines are not in good repair and it's so expensive to ship it by rail the profit is lost in the cost of transportation.
