How accurate is oilprice.com's price data

Is each non-hourly/dated price posted at close? Are they averages? I'm getting mixed messages on their accuracy...

The majority are posted at close end of day. 
However, WTI, Brent are live feeds.

You'll see on the last column of the graph ( Last Updated ). This was the last time the Price has been updated. As I mentioned, the most will be Prices at close.
