Rodent + 1,424 January 4, 2018 Poor Ineos. The cause of the pipeline crack is now being investigated. But that's not normal protocol for a crack. So something odd must have triggered such an investigation. I wonder who will be on the hook if violations are found? BP or Ineos? Ineos only had it for six weeks before the crack was noticed.
