Looks like there will be no cuts because of Russia, time to go short

Saudis want Russia to cut by 300,000. Russia only wants to cut 150,000 and claim it will take months for them to even cut that much because of weather. The Russians cannot be trusted about anything. Prices will drop into the 30s. A big short position in the front month is warranted if there is no cut.
