OPEC Trying to Start JawBone Rally

There they go again.  The commitment by OPEC+ to supposedly cut production is nothing but another effort by OPEC to spark a JawBone Rally.  It's mind boggling to me that people keep falling for this stuff.  They can ill afford to cut production any further considering their internal finances.  Plus, it's really just a ratification of the drop in their production over the last 2 months.  Isn't it?  Russia's cuts, as reporting on this site indicates, will take months to implement.  Still, it had it's desired effect.  Prices jumped a little bit.
