Oil Companies Failing to Eliminate Ethanol Fuel

Recommended Posts

(edited)

Ethanol is a popular fuel in Brazil and it competes there with natural gas, gasoline, or diesel. Now China is adding ethanol to its plans to reduce coal usage. That will be a long haul IMHO. Nevertheless, it is progress. I think that ethanol use will spread worldwide as appropriate crops and waste materials are identified for their respective regions. It does not have the potential to replace other energy sources but it will add to the amalgam of cleaner sources of fuel, What do you think?

Chinese ethanol use increasing. https://oilprice.com/Alternative-Energy/Biofuels/China-Aims-To-Boost-Ethanol-Production.html  https://oilprice.com/Alternative-Energy/Biofuels/China-Aims-To-Boost-Ethanol-Production.html
