China changes course - Restriction Of Oil Export for N.Korea?

China’s Commerce Ministry announced how they will limit exports of crude oil, refined oil products, steel and other metals to North Korea. The experience on the relationship between two countries shows us different faces of China and will be interesting to see next step.

So...My majority doubt about it! Not until NK totally denuclearize, nobody trust China words! (And Russia. Of course)

Except now WSJ is reporting multiple instances, naming tankers and everything, of Chinese vessels clandestinely delivering crude oil to NK despite sanctions. Satellite images included.
