Is there any particular reason you are paying attention to Hamm?  

"Looking ahead 10 years, Hamm said the industry could see an increase in its output by 50pc from current levels."

Nah, just saw it contradicted the overall sentiment and thought it was interesting. Also, a while ago he warned, I think, they'll drill themselves to death if they kept going when the prices were in the $30s.

Ah, ok.  Personally, I don't put Hamm in the same "avoidance" category as I generally put Gartman, but I do tend to be a bit wary of Hamm's self-serving interest in his remarks.  Your mileage may vary.
