That ought to make the yellow vesters happy.  One more, mainly, green initiative the government is partnering in with foreign partners that the French tax payer will have to pay for.  I'm not saying it doesn't sound good for jobs; it may be.  But it will probably just be more money that disappears into the ozone in the name of everything "Global!".
