US gets more oil, gas future contracts

Tighter EU regulations around futures trading has caused ICE to move almost 300 future contracts to the US away from EU. 

In this global day and age, you can't afford to regulate in a burdensome way above your peers. The money will always go where it is appreciated most.

Wow, that's huge. I missed that. Europe IS extraordinarily regulated on every business level. Guess that'll have to change if they want to remain competitive.
