Dan Warnick + 6,100 March 15, 2019 When the supposed leader of a country openly calls on (pays) armed thugs to scare ordinary citizens into submission, I think it's safe to say that we are talking about a failed state and a leader that has lost the struggle. Could be that someone figures out that they can pay the thugs more than Maduro, and they turn on him. One can hope..... Put a price on their heads - "Wanted: dead or Alive - $25,000 Reward each" and they take a permanent powder back into the underground.
