Last Nov Kenya government conceded to giving local communities 30% of oil revenue. Now it's saying it was a typographical error, and are cutting it back to 20%. Typographical... really?

They'll end up going down the path of Nigeria if they're not careful. The oil curse. The will be a major problem long-term.
