North Korea abruptly withdrew its staff from a liaison office with South Korea on Friday, a development that is likely to put a damper on ties between the countries and further complicate global diplomacy on North Korea’s nuclear program. In peace............  there is no money......................... (a quote from a book)................ BUT WAIt............... The instruction was from "unspecified higher level authorities" and not KIM Jung Un himself???

Let's assume the grammar is alright i.e by "AUTHORITIES" they meant there is more than ONE party giving order that is not from the president himself........................ and "UNSPECIFIED" ?? Don't we always link this word to ALIENs or some sort......... ??

Let's do some exercises. We "jump" into assumptions then we "run" into suspicions and are we going to "walk" into solutions?? 

Pardon my ignorant but............... The North and the South are having two different ideologies how a country should be administered and who should administer are they not? Like Singapore-Malaysia-Indonesia in the historical time? Unification of language? English should be adopted or no? Unification of families....... what is hindering? Unification of countries......... what is the aim? Why are we sanctioning North Korea? Could it be because

1. N.Korea has something that can shoot at us across the pacific ocean unseen? Or can shoot at our friends located on the opposite direction- across the Siberia- undetected?? They can do it 365 days bothers us?

2. N.Korea nuclear test her toys so much that our mountains are leveled. N.Korea should be blamed for changing our moutainous view; the frequent earthquakes that hit; blamed for the massive poor aquatic lives left stranded after the head spining- disorientating- shock treatment wave from the earthquakes and blamed for the cracks in our initially flawless houses?? 

3. We want to buy cheap sell high but we don't like it when N. Korean language is uttered to scold us with a smile unawared by us and vice versa when we do it in english?? Either side or both should pick the required language up to reach consensus or no?
