War in Libya, Anarchy in Venezuela and Algeria , Coup in Sudan, Sanctions against Iran. Are they accidental?

Is it normal that these events occur in a same time after another?  In my opinion there is a clear sign of Saudi activity in collaboration with U.S and Russia in these accidents. Saudi wish to rise oil price. U.S and Russia wish.to became head in energy market and control other countries especially : Europe , Japan , India , China
